    PREPARATION

    1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter.

    2. Spread mixture over pie pan.

    3. Refrigerate crust while making the filling.

    4. Mix Hazelnut Spread, cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth.

    5. Spread mixture over pie crust.

    6. Decorate the pie then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The pie can also be served frozen.

    4. Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

    Servings: One 9-inch cheesecake

    INGREDIENTS

    16 ounces cream cheese, softened

    ½ cup sugar

    ½ cup sour cream

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 eggs

    ⅓ cup butter, melted

    ½ cup light brown sugar

    2 tablespoon cinnamon

    1 pack refrigerated cinnamon rolls with frosting (8 regular sized)

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

    2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    3. Add the sour cream and vanilla, and beat until there are no lumps.

    4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing completely after each one. Set aside.

    5. In another bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until fully combined. Set aside.

    6. In a greased springform pan, press all of the cinnamon rolls flat, until they completely cover the bottom of the pan.

    7. Evenly spread the cheesecake batter, then drop spoonfuls of the butter mixture onto the cheesecake batter.

    8. Swirl the butter mixture into the cheesecake using a knife (try to keep it away from the edges).

    9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cheesecake, is firm around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the middle. Remove from oven and cool completely.

    10. Top with frosting from the cinnamon rolls.

    11. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

    INGREDIENTS

    7 tablespoons butter

    10 graham crackers, finely crushed

    16-ounce cream cheese

    1 box brownie mix

    1 ½ cups heavy cream

    1 bag large (jumbo) marshmallows

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).

    2. Place graham crackers into a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.

    3. Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a bowl and combine with melted butter, mixing until the texture is like slightly wet sand.

    4. Press the graham cracker crumbs in an even layer into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

    5. In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, brownie mix, and heavy cream until consistent. Use a hand mixer if necessary.

    6. Transfer the mixture to the springform pan.

    7. Bake in a water bath at 325°F (170°C) for 90 minutes or until cake only jiggles slightly in the middle.

    8. Let cool for at least 2 hours. For smoothest results leave in powered off oven for 30 minutes, transfer to counter for an hour and move to refrigerator for an additional hour.

    9. Add bag of marshmallows to top of cheesecake and broil on low for 2-5 minutes.

    8-ounce heavy whipping cream

    PREPARATION

    1. Crush cookies into crumbs—either in a food processor, or seal in a bag and hit with a rolling pin.

    2. Mix cookie crumbs with butter, and press into a pie dish.

    3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until it forms still peaks when you remove the beaters.

    5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until there are no lumps.

    6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, and add to the mixture.

    7. Fold in the whipped cream, and spoon into the pie crust.

    8. Decorate however you want (we used chocolate syrup and piped whipped cream), and freeze for 30 minutes.
