25 Things For Anyone With A Mouth

So, basically everyone except Hello Kitty.

We hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI — prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

    1. Watch Ya' Mouth, an all-ages board game that'll have you cackling for days thinking about your mom trying to enunciate the phrase "pork belly buns for a party of 50" while wearing a mouthpiece.,

Promising review: "This game includes laughing 'til your sides hurt, crying, drooling, and barely being able to take your turn at times because you're laughing so hard. Honestly, I didn't quite know what to expect, but this game is hilarious. If you have a good sense of humor and are open to making a fool of yourself, this is perfect for you!" —Lisa - Iowa

Get it from Amazon for $19.91 (available in five varieties).

    2. A wireless karaoke microphone if — to the misfortune of your loved ones — you know the entirety of the Goo Goo Dolls discography by heart and have a mouth to scream-sing with.

Promising review: "If you’re wondering if this little thing is enough to host a karaoke party with adults in your own house, the answer is YES. It’s loud enough to fill a room and be super fun. I bought this for a family trip where we had ten adults and seven kids under 10. It was a blast. The microphone worked perfectly for adult fun after the kids were in bed and held up to the children abusing it the next day. We used this nonstop for hours and the battery didn’t die. Setup was so easy and it all functioned perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone for an at-home karaoke fun experience." —Claire

Get it from Amazon for $30.99.

    3. A licking brush for your cat that is also, oddly, therapeutic for you.

Promising review: "I have enjoyed using the device, and it has certainly helped me connect with my favorite pussy cat, Colonel Angus, a lot better. I discovered this marvelous product while talking to a canoe driver who had gone under the bridge; we stopped off for a box lunch at the Y (clam and pie — YUM!) and she told me that she'd found out about the product from a guy who was yodeling down in the valley. So word of mouth is definitely spreading. My family doesn't really understand it (this isn't something I can do when Aunt Flo is in town, for instance), and a lot of guys I know just wouldn't do it, but I love it. The only complaint that I could possibly have about the device is the name — Licki? There must be a cunning linguist on staff who could come up with something else to call it." —Maurice Cobbs

Get it from Amazon for $25.

    4. A set of moldable mouth guards if you're tired of waking up feeling all sorts of pain from clenching your teeth overnight.

Promising review: "These worked PERFECTLY. I clench my jaw all night, have sensitive gums, and my $340 mouth guard started to irritate them. I molded and trimmed one of the thinner guards in this pack and have worn it to bed for two weeks now. I will definitely never be buying guards from my dentist again. This is a wonderful product!" —VT

Get them from Amazon for $17.99 (for four).

    5. A stainless steel tongue scraper that'll kill mold and odors with hardly a ~lick~ of work.

Promising review: "Oh my god I need everyone to know this tongue scraper is LIFE CHANGING! The past few months I’ve noticed a weird white/grayish look to my tongue and have had bad breath which I’ve tried everything to control. I saw this on BuzzFeed and figured, why not give it a try. Literally the first time I used it, I could see such a major difference. Not to be too gross but like holy hell I could visibly witness all the gunk being removed from my tongue. I couldn’t look away. The next morning I could tell that it worked. I had ZERO bad breath and my mouth wasn’t so dry. This product truly is life changing. And so easy to use. You just hold the cleaner with either one hand or both and just gently scrape your tongue. It’s painless and super user friendly. 10/10 recommend." —Katelyn Foehner

Get it from Amazon for $6.47.

    6. A bourbon lip balm for the whiskey lover who wouldn't mind a scent trail lingering on them all day long.

Promising review: "Fantastic lip balm, I genuinely hate sweet flavored lip balms, and the plain ones are too boring; so this one is perfect. It smells of bourbon without coming off alcoholic. I had dry, chapped, and, frankly, gross lips when it arrived and now, two days later, I'm doing great. I also like the barrel shape — it's flatter and wider than more lip balms, so it better fits in my pocket." —Caitlin Egan

Get it from Amazon for $7.79 from The Little Flower Soap Co.

    7. Or, a value pack of Dr. Bronner's lip balms for the less adventurous.

Promising review: "I love Dr. Bronner's products, and this lip balm does not disappoint. You get four lip balms, each a different scent: peppermint, lemon lime, orange ginger, and naked (unscented). They're all the typical pocket size lip balm. I'd compare it to the ChapStick brand you usually find at the stores next to the gum and candy and checkout. They arrive bundled in a plastic wrap, so keep that in mind if you are sending this to somebody as a gift. They're each individually sealed so you know you are getting an unused product. They glide on your lips and instantly soothe. It isn't heavy like some where you feel like you have a pound of Vaseline on your lips. It isn't greasy either, it's just the perfect concoction." —Meaghan

Get it from Amazon for $11.95 (for four).

    8. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask uses "Moisture Wrap" technology to seal in active ingredients so your lips emerge from your slumber feeling incredibly hydrated.

Promising review: "This sleeping mask is the only lip product that has given me visible results. My lips are soft, supple, and hydrated all day long after a night's use. I've stopped using lip balms or Chapstick all together. It's a must-have for skincare lovers. It also is comfortable, not sticky, and smells amazing." —DelilahRuby

Get it from Sephora for $20 (available in three scents).

    9. An "everything but the bagel" seasoning blend, if you've ever eaten an everything bagel and thought to yourself how nice it would be to give every meal the same seasoning treatment.

Promising review: "I am eating low carb but still crave the taste of toast or toasted bagels. Found this seasoning to use to give me the flavor of eating a toasted bagel without having to eat the bread/bagel. It tastes great, and was exactly as I expected. I've used it in a few recipes so far and it greatly enhanced the flavor. I will buy this again when I run out. Wish there was a Trader Joes' in my area but glad Amazon has this item available." —luv2shop

Get it from Amazon for $11.98 (for a two-pack).

    10. A dentist-recommended oral rinse to put an end to your days of bad, stinky breath.

Promising review: "I have always had excellent dental hygiene. I brush after every time I eat and floss at least once a day, and used Listerine or even straight up peroxide as mouthwash. My husband mentioned it a few times, and he wondered if I had tonsil stones because I had better hygiene than him, but there was still an odor. I had my tonsils removed years ago, so that wasn't possible. (I even checked the area where they used to be) because I was so embarrassed. I upped my dental cleaning even more but nothing worked and it improved minimally.

He mentioned reading something about sulfur buildup, and a Google search led to info about 'volatile sulphur compounds' as well as this particular type of mouthwash. I was used to mouthwash burning a little but this mostly tastes like water. I followed the instructions and swished a capful for a full minute and then gargled for another minute just to be sure. I had him smell my breath and he just said 'Wow, so it was just sulphur!' I don't feel self-conscious about kissing anymore or talking to customers at my job. Now I don't feel like I'm showering everyone with my rancid dog breath. This mouthwash isn't cheap, but it works for me so I think it's worth it." —R.H.

Get it from Amazon for $14.66 (for two).

    11. Fenty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer for "explosive" shine and shading that'll leave your lips looking fuller and smoother.

Promising review: "I was skeptical about the rave reviews on this product, and I'm not a huge fan of lip glosses for these reasons: they're not long lasting, not hydrating, and they have a tacky/sticky feel. BUT, this gloss is something different! I wear it almost every day (when I'm not wearing another lip product) for these reasons: The color is flattering for all skin colors. It doesn't have the tacky/sticky feel. It's hydrating even after most of the gloss is wiped off. There is the feeling of a hydrating balm left on. It's easy application and smells wonderful! This would be a product I'd recommend or purchase for a friend." —kphrom

Get it from Sephora for $18 (available in three shades).

    12. A sleek, double-walled drinking vessel that'll keep your bev hot for hours on end.

Get it from Food52 for $34.

This was our splurge pick for the best travel mug on BuzzFeed Reviews.

    13. A candy box, if your "London Boy" is just a 10-pack of Cadbury chocolate bars in a trenchcoat.

Promising review: "Just received several days ahead of estimated delivery which was very nice. All the chocolates/candy are very freshly dated and were protected by the packaging. The box itself was a bit dented but everything inside was perfect. I am very happy with this purchase. Several years ago, I went to a local British store and bought about $40 worth of candy for a British vs. American 'taste-off' for the kids, (we would read a book and then try to eat meals/snacks like the characters for a new experience). This was so much less expensive and I saved myself the two hour round-trip drive. Can't wait to show the kids and remind them of that taste-off picnic!" —dp

Get it from Amazon for $10.98.

    14. MAC Cosmetics Pink Lipstick line comes in 23 hues and textures to shade, define, and showcase your lips.

Promising review: "I can't say enough good things about this lipstick. My lips are a dark plum color and was looking for a plum color for my lips since 'nude' colors are so popular. This is my nude. The color is great. It's not matte or thick. It is a semi-sheer? Or semi-matte? Well, it goes on smoothly and is a wonderful color. A bit brighter than my plum lips, it works perfectly, giving them color that's not overpowering. It's not sticky or runny, but stays on really well. When I pair it with a lip gloss, it looks divine! MAC lipsticks are basically the only ones I'll use. There is an amazing range of colors and all go on smoothly and last a long time." —ltramont

Get it from Nordstrom for $18.50 (available in 23 shades).

    15. Mike's Hot Honey, that'll add a perfect spicy-sweet kick to just about any dish.,

Promising review: "This is now a staple for my kitchen. How I cooked without it before, I'll never know. Makes the best vinaigrette ever, quick pan sauces for pork, unexpected zip in dozens of dishes. Does it come in gallons? Have given it as hostess gifts several times and everyone gets hooked." —Martha Ronemus

Get it from Amazon for $8.48 (for a 12-ounce container; also available as a set of 2, 3, 6, and 12).

    16. A travel case of mint dental flossers so you can stay diligent with your dental hygiene when you're out of town.

Promising review: "I purchased this to keep in my purse zipper compartment for 'emergencies' aka getting something stuck in between my teeth, such as pepper, lettuce, herbs, whatever. I can go to the powder room and remove whatever it is. I feel better having these in tow. We love Plackers for use here at home, which make flossing easy. With age, it just seems things tend to get stuck more, and these are a great idea to have along, just for in case. I can refill the case, if I do end up needing to use them. The case is easy to open and close and feels like it will stay closed well in my purse. These are a great idea! I'm very happy to have this little Travel Case of Plackers tucked away in my purse!" —Small~Town~Girl

Get it from Amazon for $.94 (for 12; also available in sets of 25 and 500).

    17. The Clinique Chubby Color Lip Balm Set, which'll give you a bit of instant nourishment with its mango and shea butters. (Plus, some color that is the perfect balance of opaque and sheer.)

Promising review: "I love these lip colors so much that I bought some for my niece for her birthday. They are great for travel or just to carry around in a small handbag. They are my go-to when I'm not going for an exaggerated lip color." —whydoineedanickname

Get a set of six from Nordstrom for $22.50.

    18. A charcoal-based toothpaste that'll actually *significantly* whiten teeth.

Promising review: "Love love love it! It made my mouth feel clean and fresh — and my teeth have been whitened!! I've tried the powder charcoal teeth whitener and I hated it. This product is amazing!" —Misty O'Brien-Barques

Get it from Amazon for $4.64.

    19. A water flosser that'll thoroughly clean all those hard-to-get nooks and crannies in your mouth. Try giving me anything less than an "A" on my next dentist check-up, I dare you!!!

Promising review: "So...this is amazing. This is my first review ever on Amazon after ordering numerous things. I had periodontal pockets from not flossing and I was also experienced some bone loss. I literally hated flossing and would find myself avoiding to floss even though I needed it very much. My gums were red, swollen, and inflamed because I was in the early stages of periodontal disease. I started using this flosser and instantly knew I liked this way of flossing much better! After using it consecutively each night for only five days my gums were noticeably cleaner and felt much better. After two weeks of using the this flossing system my gums have done a complete 180 and my mouth and gums are starting to heal properly!" —Ebony

Get it from Amazon for $67.90+ (available in seven colors).

    20. A monthly subscription to Quip, the beautiful and award-winning electric toothbrush with a two-minute timer to effectively remove plaque and prevent gingivitis.

    21. Or, an activated Japanese charcoal toothbrush — great for your gums and Instagram grid.

The bristles on this toothbrush are blended with Japanese binchotan charcoal, a centuries-old deodorizer that has been proven to fight off plaque and impurities. The activated charcoal gives off negative ions, which prevents bacteria from building up on your brush.

Promising review: "The only toothbrush that gets all the filthy gunk off my teeth. As firm as you would want to go with a toothbrush. The finger indent on the handle is nice, and the small size makes the toothbrush easy to control." —Devon Scheibert

Get it from Amazon for $8.50.

    22. A caffeinated gum that'll make an incredible alternative to coffee and energy drinks when you inevitably hit that midday slump.

    Kayla Suazo

Promising review: "As a medical student this has been an amazing addition to my daily study regimen. Same amazing boost as the Diet Coke and coffee I used to chug, but without the jitters, crash/headache, or teeth staining. It's become my new go-to for staying awake and alert in the OR or on the wards. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a pick-me-up but doesn't want that "wired" sensation you get from coffee." —R. Sardesai

Get it from Amazon for $4.99 (or $21 for a 6-pack; also available in cinnamon).

Promising review: "I get a chest cold every winter which settles in my lungs and causes me to cough for months without relief. My doctor says it is normal and there is little I can do to prevent it. Well, Yogi Cold Season tea helps a lot! I have been drinking a cup a day of this outstanding tea since Thanksgiving and so far, knock on wood, I have not had my usual chest congestion. Other reviewers testify to this fact — it works. If you get chest congestion, give it a try." —Ann

Get it from Amazon for $23.88 (for a 6-pack).

    25. And a coconut lip scrub that'll leave you with incredibly soft and moisturized lips.

    Vegan and cruelty-free.

Promising review: "My lips have been so extremely chapped for the past few months from biting my lips constantly and from the harsh weather conditions. I would constantly moisturize my lips with whatever I had (lip balms, Vaseline, you name it) and NOTHING was working, so I knew that it was time to start looking into lip scrubs. I have to say that my lips haven't felt so soft like this in so long. On the container it says to use a pea-size amount, and that really is all you need. A little really goes a long way. If you are someone who doesn't want (or doesn't have the resources) to make a homemade scrub then — coming from a current college student who definitely doesn't have the resources or time to make their own — get this and it will be worth it!!" —Shaneil

Get it from Amazon for $8.90.
