You can turn off self view without turning your camera off in Zoom. Go to the grid view and just scroll until you aren't on the screen, or switch to speaker view. :)

Turn OFF the self view. It's weirdly more fatiguing to judge myself for 30-90 minutes than it is to listen to and look at other people. 🤷‍♀️
